Norcom Mortgage is seeking an individual to join our Wholesale Lending Division as an account executive. This individual must prospect for new broker customers in their defined territory of northern Florida (Florida counties north of Orlando, including southern Alabama and southern Georgia*), to educate and train on Norcom products and technology, with the ultimate goal of acquiring their mortgage loan production. •You will work primarily independently to develop prospective accounts and manage all business opportunities within a defined sales territory
•Source new brokers on an ongoing basis and go through approval process
•Maintain sales contact and pipeline
•Maintain familiarity with regulatory and industry standards and requirements
•Must be proactive and self-starter, with the ability to work independently
•Superior communication and interpersonal skills
•Must have the ability to captivate and communicate with various audiences
•Previous Sales and Mortgage experience highly preferred but not required
