Position Summary:
Military Direct Mortgage is seeking a  Call center representative to join our team. This role will be part of the initial contact team for customers interested in our products and will be responsible for contacting potential customers and putting them in touch with one of our licensed loan officers.

This position is part-time Monday - Friday 9am-3pm.

  • Place outbound calls to sales leads and persuade potential customers to speak with a licensed loan officer.
  • Meet Quality Assurance Requirements and other key performance metrics.

Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome objections
  • Strong work ethic and self-starter, able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced business environment
  • Must possess a professional and friendly attitude and be able to quickly develop a rapport with customers over the phone.
  • Must possess and be able to demonstrate strong influencing and closing skills.
  • Ability to learn and navigate new software quickly


$10 per hour plus bonus for high performers
